This is a fun and useful little summer bag made out of Fantasy Naturale by Plymouth, using a solid and a variegated yarn. The bag is worked from the top down in 2 pieces which are sewn together. Some things you will learn, Slip St BO, a Wave pattern, working with 2 different skeins of yarn and Crab stitch.
Pattern is in Knitter's Magazine Summer '07, Plymouth Fantasy Naturale 100% cotton yarn, size 6and 8 needles.

Ravenscar Cardigan. This is a stylish summer cardigan with a garter stitch edge and several different vertical rib lines for a flattering fit. It also features a V- neck with a 1 button closure. Worked in pieces and sewn together, the neckband is extended around the back neck and sewn in place. Students will learn basic sweater construction with set in sleeves, cable cast-on, and how to read a pattern to pick the right size and get the pattern to fit. The pattern is in Rowan 45, uses Rowan All Seasons Cotton and size 8 needles.

Tricky T. This short sleeve cotton tee is made all in one piece from the top down and this delightful pattern seems to flatter everyone. It is what I call a “potato chip” pattern: you will have a hard time making just one! The original pattern was found in Knitter's magazine Summer '94 - please contact the shop if you need help finding a copy. Students will learn a very interesting, fun and unique construction. The shop sample uses Rowan Cotton Glace but any yarn with a gauge of 23 sts to 4” will work on size 2 and 4 needles.

Bellini Cardigan. This is a stylish, light, cardigan combining lace with a ribbing pattern in a handpainted yarn. It buttons up the front with set in sleeves. Very cute. Students will learn how to combine lace with ribbing in a pattern, basic sweater construction, buttonholes, and picking up stitches for a buttonband. The pattern is available in the Pure Noro Pattern book and uses Silk Garden Lite and size 5 and 6 needles.

Sally's Favorite Summer Sweater: This popular sweater pattern uses 2 types of fabric, sheer and opaque, making it truly a summer sweater. Get help with fit and adapting the opaque and sheer fabric to your individual measurements. Make a simple but stylish sweater that is very comfortable and flattering for every figure type. Learn how to seam garter stitch pieces for a profession look. Pattern is in The Knit Stitch by Sally Melville using any DK weight yarn with a gauge of 22 sts to 4 '' on size 5 and 10.5 needles.

Saltburn: This is a very colorful, textured top with wrapped stitches and 6 different colors of yarn, making for lots of fun. Dream up your own color scheme. Pattern is worked in pieces and sewn together. You may pick up the sleeves stitches and work down if you choose not to sew in the sleeves. Students will learn how to work with many colors of yarn, textured patterns, picking up sleeve stitches.

| This multi-patterned pullover with 3/4 length sleeves is made with worsted weight cotton yarn. Great for wearing any time, any place. Combining the different lace patterns makes a very interesting garment to knit and wear. Students will learn several lace patterns, V-neck shaping, Crab stitch.
Pattern is in Tahki Cotton Classic, 3rd Edition booklet, pattern number 8, using Tahki Cotton Classic yarn on size 6 needles.

Marseille Pullover. This cute, stylish worsted weight pullover with ¾ lengths sleeves features seed stitch edging and a diagonal lace pattern. The scoop neck style can be adjusted to your liking. Students will learn seed stitch, an easy lace pattern, and adjusting the pattern for optimal fit, particularly in the sleeve length and neck size. Pattern is found in Rowan 45 magazine using Rowan Handknit Cotton on size 5 and 6 needles.

| Textured Short-Sleeved Cardigan. This cute, fun, wear-it-anytime-all-summer sweater features textured short sleeves with seed stitch edging. The little textured bumps are fun to make and look great. Students will learn a fun textured pattern, seed stitch, and adjusting the pattern size to fit.
Pattern is in the Tahki Yarns Spring/Summer 08 pattern book, pattern number 3, using Tahki Cotton Classic and size 6 needles.

Monterey Cardigan. This is wrapped cardigan with knitted ties done is knit in a tiny bowtie pattern with an I cord edging. It also features a turned hem and a relaxed attitude using a worsted weight yarn. Sample is made with Brown Sheep's Cotton Fleece. Students will learn hemming, I cord, making ties, bowknot textured pattern.
Pattern is Dolce Handknits WMOE – 0503 Monterey using worsted weight yarn on size 7 needles.
